I have been very happy with Gaby as my property management from 2013, when I acquired an investment property in Las Vegas. She was recommended by my colleague. Gaby was very trustworthy and fair. Whenever I encountered a problem, she tried have best to solve it and she is very capable. It seems the tenant is happy as well because he already stayed for 8 years! I am very lucky to have Gaby as my property management and I highly recommend her!

I have been using Attentive Realty and Property Management to manage several properties for the last 7 years and it has been a wonderful experience. In addition to property management I used Gaby Lucero to purchase two houses.

When I began renting my first property I was concerned about how much time and money would be involved. However, once I handed it over to Attentive Realty, I honestly have very little to do. Attentive Realty maintains the payments, home repairs, move ins and move outs, HOA compliance issues and anything else comes up. I just see the check go into my account!

As for ease of communication, Gaby is just a text away! She is very responsive by text and/or email and despite how many times I lose my tax documents, she always gets me another copy in no time!!

Attentive Realty has given me the confidence to rent properties. I know that they take my investments very seriously!

Our realtor checked with Gaby and was told that there were no other applications on the property. We applied. The application we were provided with did not allow us to attach documents, so we were not able to attach our pay stubs or IDs. We received a call from Gaby the next day asking us to send that info via email, she advised that she had four applications and no supporting documents for any of them. I asked if we would be considered first if we get our docs in first and she said yes.

I sent our docs right away and called to confirm she received them. We hadn't heard anything so we called back and left a message, she did not respond. I called two more times, no answer, so I tired calling from the hotel and guess who finally answered... She said she didn't know if we would be accepted or denied, she said she ran all four applications, when I asked why she would do that she advised that it's "proprietary". When I asked why she hard inquired my credit, she advised that's she's "not the credit bureau". We are struggling to find a rental now because of the hit to our credit and it's showing that it won't drop off for TWO years. Do not do business with this company! They will ruin you. Also! Still haven't got an approval or denial.... no communication.
