Do not do business with these people I won’t bore you with all the details but the realtor Zoila Aguirre “Vicky” coerced my grandmother into short selling her home with promises of fixing my grandmas payment. She didn’t explain that the home was being sold to the realtors brother Mario Chosco. The Broker/Owner of this office Giomar Vasquez Illegally notarized Quit Claim deeds and when confronted denied any wrong doing by her and her realtor Zoila. My family and I have opened an investigation against these people with the Department of Real-estate and the Secretary of State. This is public information so feel free to contact these departments and verify this information. These people are as crooked as they come, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your real estate needs. If anyone reading this have been victim to these people reply to this review and I will check back periodically.
