It seems that everyone at your office is friendly, available, and willing to answer questions whenever I call. I feel your rates are competitive and I'm always receiving some type of communication from the office, whether it's a flyer with suggestions on how to make sure I'm aware of insurance-related issues and tips from around the globe....or just a questionnaire form to ensure I'm getting the best coverage for my money. I've been with Gregg Suggs Insurance Agency for years and don't feel that I need to shop around for a better fit elsewhere. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg Suggs Insurance Agency to anyone!

We have been with Greg Suggs since about 2001, so it has been about 17 years! We have home, auto, and life insurance through the company. We love the personalized attention we get from the agents at Greg Suggs. We worked with Malon for years and worried when she retired, but Terri has been wonderful. We have always been impressed with the rates, coverage and service. They are very proactive in trying to save us money on premiums and make great recommendations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Terri is a gem. Very helpful, knowledgeable and a sweetheart. Their rates here are like none other and she made sure to include the additional add ons like rental, towing, etc that we wanted with our policy. We were able to get the lowest policy that we have ever had from any carrier for multiple vehicles with G. Suggs Ins. I called on a wim just shopping around and I am so glad that I did. She didn't have to call me back later with the quote like some others did, she was able to provide the quote right there on the call. I was able to do this all on a quick 15 minute work break. A seamless process to sign up and quick. Highly recommended this company! Terri keep being awesome! You deserve several raises because the service you provided is so rare these days. I really appreciated it. Thanks guys!

The staff is always very professional, friendly and helpful when the need arises to call them. I've mainly worked with Lupe, who is fantastic, but they are all terrific!
