Went last year with my husband to file taxes, it was fairly good service the rate wasn’t bad so we decided to try it. I received a letter in the mail stating that I was being charged an incredible amount of taxes because I didn’t report what I made the prior year. After much research, Valerio didn’t add my W2 to the taxes and my social was also wrong. The worst part was that in going back and taking the letter with my taxes he some how wanted to blame me for his mistake and say that I didn’t give him my W2 when it was clearly in the paperwork. This is honestly ridiculous and extremely unnecessary because I paid for a service, and this is worse than mediocre. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Worst service ever. And specially the lady in the front named Ludia (long black hair, if I’m spelling the name wrong). Rather looking cute than helping with the services. Wanda, left in the middle of the job without finishing the services that we are requesting. I’m paying the full price for a letter that says half of the things that I requested. And in top of that the lady in the front laughing and giving silly faces. I work as a front desk and that’s not the customer service that u are supposed to give. Worst experience ever!!!! I can’t give half of a start , if I could I would.
