I love renting from Fucci; they leave me alone, they're cheap, pet friendly, and I love my quirky old duplex. Office staff is friendly and helpful almost always.
Downsides: they are slow to fix minor things, but I'm handy anyway. They've had some issues with low quality repair people, bc it's hard to get good help for low wages. Major issues they seem to respond faster.
Oh, the best thing- they are flexible on move in/ move out. I got to coordinate directly with the previous tenant of my place, and moved in the very hour he was out. I didn't mind cleaning it myself, and lucky for me the guy prior did a good enough job too. Some tenants basically leave their places trashed. I worked with Fucci during last summer turnaround and saw some horror stories- its luck of the draw for sure.
Bottom line- if you're an adult who can handle your own s**t, they rock. If you need coddling or for things to works and look Perfect, go let some other company take more of your money and treat you like garbage 🙂

My friend was having an issue wth his neighbor. He’s been a tentant since December of 2017. There has been an issue with his neighbor complaining about the noise coming from his duplex. The issue increased when my friend’s neighbor brought company over and he heard them talking about him. This has been numerous times. Because their rooms are back to back and u can hear through the walls. The issue was brought up to Allen the manager of Fucci from the neighbor. The police was called numerous times on my friend about the noise complaint. Then one morning my friend called me and said that the neighbor banged on his wall around 6:30 in the morning not knowing that he’s been sleep the entire night . This issue on my friends neighbor banging on the wall upset him and my friend send a text to him stating if u bang on my wall we are going to have argument on the porch. Then his neighbor brought the issue to Allen the property manager of Fucci and they took that as a threat and now kicking my friend out of his residence not wanting to hear my friend side of the story. My friend if he’s paying rent on time they should be able to listen to both sides of the story without going to the paper of eviction.

Please and I mean please don’t use Fucci Reality and Investments of Auburn Alabama because if issue are brought up to the property manager they r going to take the side of the tenant who live there longer

Great people to do business with! They also have cute and small homes to accomdate the person looking for a home for college instead of an apartment. They also have apartments to accommodate people who prefer apartments over a home.
