My experience first time wit tis frontier properties who brought tis apartment complex in anchorage they made alot of changes n I mean alot they are charging tenants 10% of there rent for late fee imagine das alot n they had raised my rent up to compare wat da other units n tenants are paying n it's da same lay out as da other apartments n it's just bs cuz they say it's bcuz of da area dat im living at huh its on da corner of da building so wat area makes it different from da other unit on da other corner end of da building yeah I agree wit you wat a rip off n they don't give chances if you're late n don't pay they give you a 7 day eviction notice yep n lived at tis unit over 13 yrs first time in my life I'm late wat do you think

This company is said to "manage" rental properties for homeowners who rent out property. They will get you locked into a contract, and will not deliver on any services needed. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
