I experienced a professional response to all the information I asked about. That response included the needed actions for me to take: use of today's technology for signature process: observance of separation of Seller/Buyer: assistance with moving/storage: observance of seller's welfare: courtesy and receptive attitude for the complexities of time and efforts to complete the sale and much more. If you want the most energetic, hard working agent in the area, you need to call Lori Frey, period! Our story: We hired a local broker who had our listing for over a month. We were not getting much traffic and very poor communications at best. He just listed the property and disappeared. We felt something was wrong and cancelled our contract. We then contacted Lori and interviewed her at our home. She walked though the house very carefully, evaluating everything. She then said you listed your home too low, it should be listed higher. After having listed our home that didn't sell with another broker, what agent tells your home is listed too low? Not only did she list our property higher, within two weeks we had multiple offers over the higher asking price!

How does that happen, it is because Lori Frey is the hardest working realtor you will find in the area. For every realtor with a client, Lori showed up to open up the home, open window coverings, turn on lights and personally walked them through our home. She points out upgrades, special features and answered questions they had. She even anticipated issues clients may have and had quotes from contractors should a client be concerned about something.

I never write recommendations, but when someone like Lori Frey works so hard and gets you more for your home than another highly rated local broker could, I needed to write this review. You will not be disappointed.
