Poor company to work with, and even worse realtor in Jason Ferris. He lied through his teeth about the clients he represented, he even went as far as to falsely claim to us that his clients were getting a divorce when he, nor his clients were responding to us. Through his and his companies sheer negligence, disorganization, and incompetence; he managed to turn a 3 week escrow to a two month escrow. When I asked my realtor friends what his deal is, they assured me this was a normal occurrence when dealing with him and he was mainly motivated to close escrows on his bigger properties. Running into all these problems from a listing agent and his company, I really cant help but to feel for the people we bought the house from. At the same time, I am very grateful this dude wasn't our realtor and I'm still very upset that he had the audacity to lie to us to cover up his and his companies lack of professionalism and awareness. Do better, Fresyes.

Yes, you are correct in saying I was represented by a different realtor and company in 2019, and I did not state otherwise in my review above. What I mentioned in the review above is the fact that Jason Ferris was indeed the LISTING AGENT in that exact transaction and he along with the company did a very poor job. Maybe a second, more careful look at your records would show that.

I agree with you that escrow transactions can be complex, yet ours shouldn't have been. However, I see how they can become increasingly complicated wen you have people that work in your company that can not correctly decipher and respond to something as simple as a google review. Your inadequate response to my review shows me just how little you understand when it comes to basic reading comprehension. So yes, I can now begin to understand why our escrow became so convoluted on your companies end given the listing agent, your boss, JASON FERRIS (Hope I'm being clear enough for you to understand here) lies through his teeth and the supporting staff at the company cant even respond correctly with facts. Sheer incompetency.

Utilized FresYes for purchasing my home. Unfortunately, the realtor that was recommended had vacation around the time we were looking so she passed us along to a different one by the name of Sarah. It was our first home, we were naive. During escrow, all entities that performed inspections were provided by FresYes. 6 months into the home we began experiencing plumbing and electrical issues. Discovered there were exposed wire through out attic. All necessary plumbing, electrical and hVac work that needed to be done well over thousands of dollars. Fortunately the home didn't catch fire before we caught it! Went back to freyes to confront their inspector. He did not take any accountability. They made sure to put sole responsibility and blame on sellers. Fortunately, after some back and forth, the sellers paid for majority of the work to be done!. All in all, terrible experience with the company during home shopping phase and post purchase.

Need to work on getting things done in a timely manner. There lack of handing paper work on time and putting me out a week on getting my house. Because of this, we had to rush to move by the end of the month. Also, they need to work on making sure the seller is out on time and dont leave a mess everywhere. You can tell by their response to my review 4 years latter there not getting things done in a timely manner. Yes I was represented by another realtor but that realtor was not responsible for making sure there client installed smoke alarms and was not responsible for their client being out of the home in a timely manner and living the property in a mess with trash all over the place. Due to the alarms bit being installed in a timely manner before inspection, it cost me an additional 600 at closing for the inspector to come out a second time.

Jason and his amazing staff helped my family buy and sell a property. We chose his team because of his 13+ years of experience and his obvious success!! All I really need to say though is when selling our home he was able to close the deal at 16K above asking price with multiple offers and when purchasing we closed at 30k under asking and of course they handled everything smoothly in-between!! Corrie on his staff is amazingly attentive, helpful and easy to talk too!! On top of that we received an amazing Closing Gift! Couldn't have imagined a better scenario when buying and selling!!
