I have lived in a Freeman Webb apartment building for over 5 years: Nance Place on Rolling Mill Hill. The location is amazing, but it’s disgusting. They have one poor guy on the maintenance team trying his best to keep up with this location. But it’s all gross. Nothing is kept up. People leave trash everywhere. All the carpets are stained with trash-juice from where their trash has leaked. There are bug and rodent problems. People leave trash and cigarette butts in the hallways and stairwells. The elevators do not work half of the time, the parking garage gate has been broken for days. And, more importantly, they haven’t had the same management team on staff for more than a few months. There is no consistency from
manager to manager, except that nothing gets done.

It’s honestly horrific. Dramatic, I know.

The issue is, this could be such a nice property. And I wish it was. However, it is not, and I DO NOT FEEL SAFE, and YOU SHOULD NOT MOVE HERE.

I don’t recommend I currently live in a unit and my apartment is always spotless and I get no complaints and I have paid my rent on time for the past 7 months. I had one hick up and my landlord won’t even sign for me to get rental assistance. Luckily I now have the funds but just imagine if I didn’t. Crazy to me!!! On top of the rules which I follow but are outrageous do not rent from them!!

Update response: yes she filled out my letter of arrears. But the check was made out to me/lawyer luckily in time not to get put out. That’s why I said “ luckily I have the funds”. On the paper she marked not to participate so yes it was all on me to get everything in order!!! And all 3x I tried to go pay before anything was filed I kept getting turned around due to them adding fees(and rent for the next month was magically added on my bill on the 25th, but my ledger says march 1st)!! Until it got so high I couldn’t pay it. It was all a little sketchy but it got paid but I’ll be moving once I complete this lease!

Currently being gaslit by the leasing office at my current Freeman Webb property for following every single step for noise issues that they have given me. They refuse to have a discussion with me and are taking sides over a he said she said situation when I followed the processes THEY have given me. They are now refusing to renew my lease in the fall because they are taking sides, even though I have evidence and police reports. Do not consider any of their properties. If you have any issues and you bring it to them, you risk losing your place.

If I could put negative stars I would. As an ex employee I did not last 6 months before realizing Freeman Webb does not respect nor stand by people of color. Work here only as a last resort.

I live in apartments complex. Been here for about a year. RESERVED AT CREEKSIDE APARTMENTS. I absolutely love it here. Management always on site. When I need repairs they get the problem fix immediately. The neighborhood is very friendly. Want be go there where else soon.

I live at Saddlebrook Senior Apts. I would like to express the kindness and hardwire to Our Mstience man Cliff. He makes sure a double checks his work He is dedicated to help all of all in every way pissiae. I never have to wait a day to get my work order done it’s done the sane day. He cares for every tenant here a makes sure we ok. The night if done he came to make sure we were good. I just cannot say enough about cliff. He goes out of his way to help us. An I can speak for all residents we lol r him. He knows his job a can fix anything. He us a part if our family. He makes us living here FUN. HIS work is done fast a never has to come back to re fix. I could go on an on. We so appreciate him so much. An he is getting his assistants to do the same. We thank you. I’m happy, safe and love it here. Thank you gif all you do. Our manager staff is awesome as well. I highly recommend this property a your. Company We are very lucky sn blessed 😇❣️

I will start by saying anytime you have a Landlord whom selects one specific tenant slams a door in your face literaly then banned you from office &maintenance from your apt for over a year allows others to damage your car lie for them erases the camera then call your Police Reports fabricated when you have them on your ring cam infront of your apt door trying to attack you /hit you with a car nothing done/still here living as nothing happened but you get blamed and harassed by several Lease Violation Letters from a Debt Collector Lawyer 🙄whom you have a Conversion Case against he wants you to drop!Not!!Couple Tenants showed me their Lease Violation Letters from our Landlord not Nathan ever..Only me🤔Told His Firm and The Company of Harassment 7yrs now ask to leave office & no calls 🤣/Slandering my name& calling me a liar even to my Attorney and a Judge🤨Obvious Purgery is not on his Agenda as well as illegal practices Defamation of Character.I paid my rent on time it was all about the humiliation he lied on me to Freeman Webb and My Attorney and a Judge on Dec 3 & 9(Attorney Cross was busy both dates)you said I lied about that to & I could not afford a lawyer so you could Evict me for his own selfish reasons to make me have a bill& sent me a letter laughing at my rent for damages...Really...I owe you 0 and you soon will be paying me Guaranteed &all who was involved assisting you in this matter and 7 yrs of it ....No Threat A Guaranteed Promise...I tried to tell his Firm and Freeman Webb about it all.I hope now they will listen.Defamation of Character is what it is and Ring Cam videos / Police Reports /Lying don't lie /Witnesses...See you in Higher Court because Im done & Fed up being lied on and about& humiliated by you & others whom chose to follow.YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO HIGHEST BOARD FOR LAWYERS.💯My Dear Friend at News Channel 5 Investigates is waiting on me for this story & I tried to tell everybody but nobody believed me about this man .They will now!!!Humiliation I dealt with it but now its time to fight back so people like these can be stopped.Hall and Associates is not BBB Accredited.I hope people got compensated for what they did to me living at The Skyliner Apts.Glad Im leaving this Hell Hole.They say He Whom Laughs Last Laughs Loudest🤣FYI I am a Retired Dependant Military Police Officer's Wife ok.No lying about that as you said I did 🧐research again and rewind🔍🔎.You dragged me in GS Court/lying but you did not have the Courage to show up for the Conversion Case Dec 20th...🤔You knew exactly why😱🥱.Let's go👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽If this Company believes in Women Against Domestic Violence then why allow it to happen to me from their Employee and Debt Collector Attorney and the ones who committed the Dometic Violence got 🫱🏻‍🫲🏾🙄and Suspect was a employee before my car got damaged 🤣Lies All Lies 🎪You can lie and play games in GS Court with ones resident / let's see you play them same games in Circuit Court.Call me Ms.Annonymous!!
