How this place has a 5 star rating I’m not sure. This is my first time giving a review because that’s how much of an inconvenience this place has caused me. Pathetic. Horrible communication. I paid my bill IN PERSON and somehow discovery insurance never received my payment, but the money came out of my account. I have since found somewhere new to have auto insurance through. I cancelled my policy AFTER I had set up my new one elsewhere, but here I am receiving a letter in the mail that discovery insurance has notified the DMV of a lapse in insurance. Not to mention I cancelled my policy in person as well and asked the lady before I left if everything was good to go and if there would be any issues. She told me no there would be no issues that I was fine. They have inconvenienced me since day one and the ONLY company I have ever had issues with payments.
