Frank Orr from Compass Real Estate, Inc. is a Godsend!!!

If you do not read my full review, then the first sentence of this review says it all. I have always dreamt of owning a home but like many people I struggled to make that a reality. I had some very challenging circumstances that I probably shared with others and then some with my own unique situation. I reached out to Frank by phone and told him what my goal was and also informed him that I was nowhere near being ready in purchasing a home nor did I know how to even begin to prepare. Frank did not turn me down, instead we met in his office and he listened to me. After talking to Frank, he became my guide to my road to home ownership. Since then Frank has been (for a lack of better words) my GPS to home ownership. He assessed my situation and we knew what my baseline was. Then we were off to setting our sight to my goal. I knew what I had to do and I knew that there was hard work and sacrifice to be done on my part. I admit it's not easy. It's just like going to the gym, you work hard and push yourself but you won't see the results overnight. But the day will come when you can start to flex your muscles and see the results. I had set August of 2023 to be the date of when I would own my home. It wasn't easy, but the hard work paid off and it was definitely worth it.

Lo and behold, Frank had actually prepared me to accomplish my dream 1 year sooner than my target date. To make a story short, my family and I now own a very beautiful home. A home that could not have happened if it were not for Frank. And throughout the whole home buying process everything went so smooth. In fact, not only did everything go right, some unexpected things even turned out better than anticipated. If miracles can happen, then it happened for me. And if I write this as if Frank can walk on water, that's only because I though my situation was impossible.

I came to Frank with my problems, my impossibilities of owning a home, and most important my dreams. Now today, my dream is a reality. My family and I will always be grateful to Frank for what he has done for us. If you have a dream, then you can also make it a reality. Let Frank be your GPS, he can get you to where you want to be.

This guy's on the board of directors for second harvest him and the board members have totally screwed up the distribution of turkeys this year only letting religious organizations distribute The only problem is is they're keeping the turkeys for their patrons and not for the public or seniors in San Joaquin valley last year we had no problem this year they're not giving out turkeys and this guy is one of the idiots in charge of this not very nice person

Frank Orr and his assistant, Nellie, are probably the best realtor team I've ever worked with. Right from the get-go, Frank listened to my plight about not knowing where I wanted to live or what I wanted to be near. He had great suggestions about where I could live and was then ultra-responsive about finding homes for me to tour. After each tour, he took my feed-back and found better and better homes for me to view.

With Frank's guidance and persistence he found the right home for me, one in a 55+ HOA. I never thought I would ever choose to live in an HOA, but Frank pointed out the positives and helped me weigh those against the negatives.

And Frank didn't disappear after we signed the contract. He was pro-active in helping me assimilate into the community and referred me to vendors needed to complete my move and get my life started in Manteca.

Frank is smart, friendly, very knowledgeable about the area he services, and anyone would be lucky to have him as a realtor ... especially with the back-up support from Nellie. Nellie, too, was always there to answer the phone and respond to questions very expeditiously. And when she didn't know something, she would follow-through with getting the answer and calling me back.
