he idiot that owns this stupid company is a jerk!!! He finds ways to raise your rent by A LOT!!! If you accidentaly forget to raise your rent, BOOM! You're rent Is doubled. The idiot is only looking after his pockets instead of his feedback. A chicken can run this company better than this poor excuse for a human being. How would you like it if I raised your rent? Yea, you wouldn't like it you uneducated stupid jurk!!!!

This company represents / owns the Four Corners Office buildings in Beverly Hills. I called to get information on available office space; though the receptionist was friendly, the only person that could give out information was the manager, Joseph. In the first conversation, he gave me broad strokes - price ranges, no exact addresses, ranges of available square footage - definitely not enough information to make an informed presentation to executives. When i called back and was asking simple questions - is there parking? What is the address? What else is included in the rent? the man got very rude, and actually said "If I have to give you the history of Beverly HIlls, I am going to lose my patience." If someone is this rude when you are potentially going to GIVE them thousands of dollars per year, I cannot imagine dealing with a personality like this when something is going wrong. Do NOT give this man your business.
