I am wanting to switch insurance companies for auto, homeowners and a marine policy. The person i dealt with was a new agent who could not answer my questions. The person I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable and gave me a great solution for my needs. I made an appointment and went there. The agent I dealt with gave me one choice and said this is the best for you. This is what we have. No choices. I also didn’t no they were a brokerage for many insurance companies until I called. I was wanting to go see Allstate. Allstate was never discussed. Also there was never a follow up. To be fair my phone blocks some calls but I put them in my contacts. But all calls and would have gone straight through to my voicemail and I never received one. I’m writing this weeks later. So I’m judging them on follow thru, knowledge, going to get answers when they didn’t no, and letting me walk out the door. I guess they don’t need the business. I felt like with 5 policies walking in a company would be excited and want my business. I left with a bad feeling. Sorry for the bad review. I usually don’t say things like this about local businesses but I really don’t recommend them.
