Have been the agency's client for years now. They take care of all my insurances, from car to home. Went through about a dozen different insurance agents before finding FIS. That was 5 years ago, and until this day, the service has not changed. Frank still keeps in touch (not just when it's time to renew) but throughout the year. Without me asking, he always shops the best deal for me.
