Working with Cassandra started out well, as she found errors in my 2022 taxes filed by someone else and filed an extension on my 2023 taxes while we supposedly were going to re-file 2022. I kept asking to meet in person to go over my taxes, but she never replied. I started getting letters from the IRS about my 2022 taxes and she told me not to worry--that we were going to get that re-filed. Still never a reply to messages about meeting. Now I have a debt to the IRS that's been turned over to collections and she's ignoring my urgent email requesting a meeting to fix my tax situation. I've been ghosted, I guess. I'd love to know why, but since I'm not getting any replies, I have no idea. So needless to say I'm engaging a different accountant and will not recommend F&A to anyone.

I absolutely cannot give a big enough shout out to Cassandra Forbes @ Forbes & Associates: Tax & Accounting Services!

I am always coming in on two wheels with days left in a pickle and this woman! She’s the MVP! I don’t ever want to do life without her! She’s also extremely sarcastic so that gets bonus points from the Many’s! I use her for personal and business taxes and she blows me away every time!
