I obtained quotes a few months in advance from a couple of other agencies, but when it was time to pull the trigger, they were all unresponsive. I put out feelers for a few more companies and Tina Wilson was the first to respond. Responsiveness and attentiveness are very important to me, and Tina remained focused and driven to ensure my company got the insurance it needed. After some back and forth to be sure I had the right policy for my company, we landed on a great policy for a really good price, thanks to Tina's knowledge, effort, and diligence. I rarely call the Agency, but when I do I am on hold for inordinate amounts of time. The last time (today), I was on hold for 25+ minutes to get an answer to my question in 2 minutes. The young lady who finally answered my call was professional, apologetic and very helpful. You all have a MANAGEMENT problem (not a phone answerer problem) that needs to be fixed. Management is doing a disservice to the employees who have to field the calls.
