Five Star Brokerage Corp-Tax Experts was an amazing company to deal with when it came to filing my taxes this year. I personally dealt with Joseph and I am completely satisfied with the service that I received! I had difficulty making it to the office and Joseph was able to answer all of my questions and concerns via email and telephone. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of my return, thoroughly answered my questions and would explain himself in a way which made me feel very comfortable. The name of their company really says a lot-- I would easily recommend them to anyone who is looking for five star customer service, five star knowledge, and five star professionalism at a very reasonable price. I have done my taxes here for over 10 years. It has always been fast and easy and the service is best. Unbeatable price! Professionally ran family business that is rare to find.
I would make the trip every year even if I lived far away. They have also helped me over the phone when I was not in the country to file in person. I highly recommend them.

Absolute best at what they do! Professionals that are honest and concerned for their clients. From the second I walked in I felt confident in their knowledge and understanding in what I needed. They explained everything to me thoroughly and showed me which route was the proper one for me. When choosing which insurance company to go with they actually led me towards a path that was cheaper and more of a value for me even though they were making less money going that direction. When I asked the broker why he would tell me that when he was making less money he said "Id rather save you money and have you as a lifetime customer instead of making more money onetime and having you as a customer for 1 year" which makes total sense. I even offered a tip at the end and he refused it. Been coming for years and now some family does business here as well. 5 star Brokerage is really what they are. They are actually TRUE TO THEIR NAME! Yay for 5 star! DING!!!
