Gerri is FANTASTIC! Even after backing out of my first home choice, she along with my realtor gave me the reassurance that it was OK and that she would be there with me until I found the one I loved. I appreciate her more than she will ever know. She made this first time home buying experience a smooth one. Communication was clear about everything throughout the process. Any questions I had…she answered them and taught me about mortgages and their process along the way. She even came down to Conway to meet me at the closing table…that meant a lot to me, considering her office branch is about an hour away. Awesome experience! I tried other lenders, couldn't get calls back and couldn't get straight answers. I started to feel like maybe home ownership wasn't in the cards for me right now. My real estate agent put me in touch with Drake. From then on it was smooth sailing. Straight answers came quickly, I didn't have to chase him, he called me when something needed to happen, and my wife and I are in our first home!
