Had a great selling experience, was able to sell our home and buy another bigger home. Alex Urbano Tafoya the broker provided great insight and helped me prepare my home for sale, he basically took care of getting it cleaned and decluttered which is a service that's included when I signed the listing agreement. He was very thoughtful and patient every step of the way and really saved us a lot of time and money. We received multiple offers on our home and was very happy with the results. When my Husband and I first met Alex at one of his First Time Home Buyers Seminar we knew right away we found the right realtor!
He impressed us from day one as a true professional with great personality. This being our first home buying experience, we had no referrals or Friends that can give us advice about buying a house. Majority of the people we knew are either Still Renting or living with relatives. As YOUNG NEWLYWEDS I thought there was no way we could purchase a home!
