Josh and his team were very easy to work with, listened to my insurance needs and offered cost effective suggestions. Auto insurance carrier offered by Josh was better insurance at about 1/2 the price I was paying. The home owners insurance was a little less than my current insurance, but included ID theft benefits and full replacement cost coverage, which was not part of my current policy. He also suggested a personal liability policy to cover where other policy limits left me vulnerable and a renters policy for my adult daughter who lives with me…did you know your home owners insurance doesn’t cover the personal property of children over 21 living at home? I would strongly recommend Josh for all your insurance needs!

By far the best insurance agency in the area. I called and talked with 5 other agencies about my new business and Josh Matthews insurance is the only group that would take us. We have been with them for over 1 year now. They now take care of my home, auto, and life insurance as well. I love being able to pick up the phone and get my questions answered right away. Definitely give Josh a call. He saved me so much money. I never knew I was paying too much until he was referred to me when I was in the home-buying process. I now pay less for my car and home owners insurance COMBINED than I was paying for just my car insurance at progressive. I even have better deductibles. I ended up finding out what my girlfriend was paying for insurance and told her to give him a call. She saved over $400 a year!

Don't waste your time w/ this agency. Joshua was not there for us when we got in a car accident, but always there to collect our money (for the 10 years we were his customers). A customer should ALWAYS come before commission. Period. If your agent doesn't believe that, then buy your insurance elsewhere - there are so many options for small businesses & consumers nowadays.

I've now lost 1.5 days of work and $380 (not counting salary lost from missed work), and will spend time in court trying to fix the mistakes this agent has made. When they made a mistake on my policy they just sent me a bill for $100 more. When I cancelled it I got $10 back. When I called about it they said they couldn't refund any more because they'd already changed the policy. The communication is the poorest I've seen. When I called the office yet another time about a mistake made (multiple times in one morning), the receptionist acted like I'd made all the mistakes and surely she hadn't. When I was finally transferred to Josh and explained all of the above, he never apologized or acted like he cared. He didn't even offer a solution or try to make amends. I went with this company because I thought I would get a more personal relationship than with GEICO who I'd been with previously. I was wrong. I got better customer service from GEICO where I expected to be "just a number".
This is the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company.
