I actually bank through a sister union from Oregon but as I'm here for work I do all my banking here. I've never had a problem. The workers are always polite and efficient. The lobby is clean. I can't complain

Just had the best experience getting a home equity line of credit on our home. It was quick, only a few documents needed and the closing was painless. I would highly recommend them for a loan. On top of that, that rates were fantastic!

such terrible service came out to open an account and I called before I came here and asked what I needed to open an account at this branch all I was told was that I needed 2 forms of identification but when I drive all the way out here I'm told I can't open an account because I'm not in Saratoga county would've been great to know before I made my way

Very nasty and rude when trying to close your account and withdraw your money. The manager is very disrespectful and racist. Don't not do business with this bank.
