I called First National Bank to obtain some information. It was so nice to have a person pick up the phone without a multiple minute wait. The young lady that I spoke to initially requested some information and then transferred me to Will. Will picked up the phone. Amazing! I spoke to Will who was very helpful and went out of his way to provide the information I needed. He needed to do some follow up work and I received a call back within a few minutes and on the same day. Amazing! First National Bank is not my primary bank however this experience alone makes me question if they should become my primary bank. Great job!

I’ve been with FNBOEA for about 2 years now. It is hands down the best bank I’ve ever been with for multiple reasons. My top reason is definitely the 10/10 the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely the most welcoming an helpful staff around here. I have never spent more than 5 minutes making deposits or withdrawals. Definitely would give more stars if I could.

Real Bank. You may go inside to do your banking or drive through. Doesn't shut in the middle of the day. Unlike Hughes branch. Also allows customers deposit rolled coins, UNLIKE Hughes branch which doesn't allow deposit of coin, even for account holders in good standing. Friendly employees, they did NOT proselytize to me or try to convert me to their religion. In fact I don't KNOW the religion of these bank employees because they are professional. Thank you for a great banking experience.
