Janessa Falcone is an amazing agent! I have never had an insurance agent that is as responsive, professional and get the job done in such a quality manner as she has. I always feel as if she is just one email or quick phone call away and I can not express how much I appreciate her and the service she provides. My car was stolen and when I tell you she had all of the information within, what felt like 10 minutes, my own claims officer couldn’t even provide me that information in 3 days. Janessa really supported me through the whole process and I really don’t know what I would’ve done or where I would’ve been in that long process without her. She is heaven sent!

I recently moved to North Carolina and needed new insurance policies for auto, renters, and umbrella. I did some research online and came across First Insurance Services and I am glad I did. Julia has been always available, responsive, and incredibly proactive. Not only did I get the best rates but she also took the initiative to send me the forms we needed to apply for our new driver’s license.
