They say it’s a credit union but they are a closed network branch, which means you can’t withdrawal or use other credit unions services. Why would you call yourself a credit union if you’re not in the network. Very big false information.

This financial institution (I worked with Camille) ran my credit for a loan knowing full well I didn’t have the employment history to qualify with them, and then still tried to get me to sign up for a membership. They were fully aware of all my employment details and failed to tell me that was a stipulation. Very dishonest of them, I would never use this place for any loans or services. Now I have an additional inquiry on my credit that will make it harder to get a loan that could have been avoided. I would give zero stars if I could.

Do not go here. They will sign you up for and charge you for services you didnt know about. They lose checks and charge you late fees and when you call them out on it the check magically appears. I then paid off my loan in full and they still said i owed interest which my account never showed before-it was added afterwards. I wish I never came here-they are not a legitimate bank.

The branch manger needs to know that teller 1256 is not doing her job. To do a transaction at this branch takes forever and I was the only one there doing a single transaction with a teller that had no customer service, this was a very unsatisfing experience.
