The worst bank to bank with. After asking them to freeze your card repeatedly so that it doesn't overdraft they don't listen. A payment which was pending yesterday and I did not catch until after they closed and right when they opened I had asked for them to stop the payment they said they couldn't because it had already posted to which the facility that the payment was going to said it did not reflect what they were saying. Then to be told I could not overdraft on cash but I had to make a check out to someone and have them come in is absolutely ridiculous.

Why you shouldnt bank here
1. Theyll practically beg any of your family/friends that they see with you to make an account, even after they say no
2. You cant transfer money at night
3. Theres no atm that accepts deposits for this bank card, you have to go in when someone is there to deposit money, which is SUPER inconvenient if youre always busy during business hours
4. If youre depositing more than $200 they get suspicious and question you.. which is none of their business and VERY rude
5. There is almost no benefit of having an account with this bank and you could very well get actual interest built at another bank
6. They dont tell you any benefits or fees that youre going to inquire, you have to ask or find out yourself
7. Your card will block a charge for no reason at times if you’re ordering anything through your phone
8. If you move addresses its a pain to change all your information with this bank and youll have to change your information on all apps that have your card info or else your card wont accept it/ your card will turn off and youll have to get a new one
9. If you call the bank, there is no option to speak to someone whos working there, which could tell you if the bank is open & if you can go deposit money. google says its open 24/7 but only the atm is available & doesn’t accept deposits
10. Theyll most likely spell your name wrong even after having your id. Ive had two bank cards from this place with my name spelt wrong, and the first card had to be closed because it stopped working randomly
This is the first bank ive ever banked with and is honestly one of the worst i think ill find… choose another bank if you really care about your money and dont want to worry about being harassed by a worker just to transfer money or put cash in your account

My family has been going to this bank since it opened in Walmart about 8 years. We have a total of six accounts with them including an auto loan. Every staff member has always been friendly and has known what they are doing. Every manager we have been involved has gone beyond what was expected to help us. Twice our account was hacked both times the bank stopped all transactions and reimbursed us our lost funds with in two days. Only ATM fees we have are the fees of using an outside bank which everyone pays. Reminds me of the family run banks back home.

I put my trust in this institution in 2013 and have never ever had an issue with customer service or any problems with my account. It is the greatest bank i have ever used, and i have tried all the big name ones.
I have never had to pay an overdraft fee because they just don't allow you to overdraft. that in itself will keep me banking here.

This is the worst Bank I have personally delt with. It’s always such a inconvenience to deposit checks or money. It’s almost 2019 update your ATM so I can deposit money or checks into the account. I’ve never had such trouble with a bank until I came to first convenience Bank and there’s nothing convenience about this company. The manager and the assistant manager I believe the two ladies they are awesom! They understand my frustration just this company need to get their stuff together. if they been around for over 100 years?

So my family and I moved to surprise az 18 months ago and opened an account with these people. With 3500.00 opening balance, a few days later with no explanation no phone call no notification they close the account. We had to wait over 30 days to get a cashier's check mailed out to us which was incredibly inconvenient as we had just moved here we're just starting new jobs and they essentially took our money away from us. Flash forward to today I received a Western Union money order and I went over there to cash it because their Western Union affiliate and they refuse to cash it because I don't have an account...... These people are clowns don't bank with them

Would you like a true story? Has to do with the bank inside Walmart on 303 and Waddell.

2 years ago I was in Walmart. I got $100 cash at the registers. Was given 20's. Stopped by the said bank and ask for one of the 20's be broke into 2 10's as the checker didn't have 10's in her drawer. I was told very rudely that the bank will not do that and go on my way.

Fast forward into last year. They were trying to get more customers and had some bank managers talking to people to build clientele. I relayed the story to the one I was talking to. She apologized all over herself saying that should never have happened.

Fast forward to Friday 11/20/2020, yep yesterday. I asked cashier for cash back, $100.. Asked for 2 50's. She didn't have any 50's so gave me 20's. I stopped by the bank on my way out and asked for 2 50's for the 5 20's. Was told that the bank does not do that. Said teller was rude about it, same as 2 years ago. Different teller. Asked to talk to manager, request denied. Another young woman came over, said she was a supervisor also denied my request rudely saying it was bank policy. Still refusing to get manager. To.d them in very stern terms (not rude) that their actions would not draw any new customers and I would help to reduce the number of existing customers.

So if you are not 100% overjoyed with your banking there, I would urge you to move your account to a real bank.

I have to agree with John Allen, I went into the branch there super slow don’t know anything customer service is TERRIBLE! and the bank manager is a joke, tried to draw a problem to their attention, The hung up on me left me on hold on purpose, had to call Texas office to complain of such rude service and it was all 4 employees, It was a western Union Transfer and if you look at operation hrs their incorrect so instead of any interest of fixing it, They leave you waiting for them to open and could care less. Worst Bank I've ever dealt with
