My family had a complicated issue closing out an IRA for a deceased family member. I cannot tell you how accommodating Josiah was in every aspect of the process. It would have been easy for them to make it hard for us but instead they went out of their way to make it easier. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

I called to see how mich i had on my bank account and this women named megan answered and had the rudest attitude and after she told me what i had i said thank you and she just hung the phone up. Yall need to get it together. Its not my fault you wanted to work at the bank 😂
