Great customer service! I had a really bad experience at Firestone near Century City years ago but Manhattan Beach has redeemed the brand for me. Exceptional service, very nice employees there and the work is done promptly and for a fair price. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Firestone!

Seems like the service quality is gone down at this particular location. I had multiple issues: they didn’t fix all that they recommended at one appointment and didn’t even call me to ask and automatically reported I denied services. Then second appointment I noticed that for the work I authorized they had someone else sign off on me and that’s a huge legal issue. It’s not even my signature. And once I was home I noticed all of my oil leaked after they forgot to close off the valve properly. After the 3rd time bringing the car in and doing a complete vehicle inspection and then passing it. My check engine light won’t go away and my coolant light kept coming on. I kept asking them did they check my coolant and they said it’s all good. Once home I decided to check myself and my whole tank was empty and the cap was shut super tight. It took me at least 20 min to unscrew it, so I am guessing the tech didn’t even bother to open it because it would have been time consuming. That is so dangerous to give the car back to customer with empty coolant tank. I don’t know who they have hired because I never had an issue in the past with this shop. I will never bring my car in here again because they can’t be trusted with my car. I am hugely disappointed.

The Firestone shop in Manhattan Beach provided a free break inspection. I was traveling to visit family for the Holiday. My hometown mechanic had sent a text that I needed to bring my car in for break work. That created much concern. I was able to create my appointment on line and had quick service to assure me it was safe to continue my travels. Thank you Firestone!

Do not go to Manhattan Beach location.
3rd time coming to the MB location. Made an appointment, am told my car would be ready in a couple of hours. each time, they completely disregarded my appointment and didn't do my car, it sat there all day. No phone call, no updates, nada. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a customer. It was a simple lube/oil/filter with tire rotation.
Horrible customer service, read all thr reviews. They forever lost my business for my families cars.

Firestone has been the tire company for me for many years. They are reliable. Their warranties are honored, and they always treat me with respect. They get to my tire issues quickly, and I have never had to wait very long at all.

Kat and Khalil gave me great customer service and got both cars done in good time. I was kept notified and updated by phone message regarding both cars despite them being very busy in the store, I never felt overlooked. Kat even remembered to apply the promotional offer to bring the price down though I hadn’t reminded her and this was after her finding matching tires for my Chrysler that were a better price than I initially was quoted. I always feel the team going the extra yard to get the cars done at that store so have all my tire and wheel work done here. I recommend them to friends in the area as a result of the continued good service and Firestone MB has earnt my loyalty. Many thanks

Many problems with my visit. This Firestone first off fixed my Fuel Switch but proceeded to leave my car with a broken piece on what I believe is my sway bar as of right now. They also proceed too leave a receipt of the part they got for my car in my car. They were charged 50 bucks for the part and proceeded to charge me 153 bucks. This was not including a 90 dollar labor charge and another charge to run a diagnostic which normally pre included when fixing a car. They also told me that I should be back in 2 hours and they would have it done. I waited 5 hours on a piece they told me takes 15 minutes to replace. They are lucky my car couldn’t start then because I should and will always go elsewhere. Also if you are going to upcharge an absurd amount at least take you receipt with you.

Awesome location!
Everyone is friendly. They take care of my flat tire right the way. Gardena Firestone advisors and technicians are unprofessional and fishy about them. Gardena store online showing open at 7AM. But the store shows 8AM. Bad businesses at Gardena location!
