The BEST is Kyle West! He helped me make the car-buying process as simple as possible from state to state. He worked with me over the phone and on video, and he answered all of my questions. He was always available and never seemed bothered with all of my calls, questions, or requests. I traveled 8 hours from North Carolina to Georgia to buy a stunning Mustang 5.0 from Kyle. I have never had a car buying process as easy, quick, or seamless as this one! Now that she has her dream car, my daughter is ecstatic! Kyle even sent a text to check on our safety while we were traveling back home. He is a great individual and a class act. I’ve bought, traded, and sold vehicles to Finnicum motors for decades.. I knew Darryl Finnicum in the early (1990’s) when he was just a salesman at Toyota of Albany on Oglethorpe Blvd.. He was always a honest and pleasant guy..I’ve always experienced great customer care and service in all my dealings and purchases through the years..I recommend anyone looking to buy a used car to go see Mike, Tony, or one of their courteous sales staff to help you with your car searching needs..Finnicum offers their own maintenance shop to cover warranty or repair your cool ride..Check them out and your be glad you did, like I was..I just traded in two vehicles for one and bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado.. They detailed it and gave me some gas so I could enjoy the new truck experience.. My salesman Caleb did a excellent job taking care of me..They gave me top dollar for my trade-in, which was $2000 more than what Ford Town of Albany offered me one week earlier..The sell price was fair and I was treated with such respect and kindness.. Our salesman, Bishop, was well dressed, clean cut, and polite. He listened to us and addressed all of our concerns. He was not pushy, but waited for appropriate times to begin closing the deal. The other employees were attentive and friendly. The manager was also cordial. It was a pleasant experience.

Car shopping at Finnicum was a breeze! I test drove a few vehicles found what I wanted and we got started on everything right away. It was a little late so the bank closed before we could get a final answer so they let me take the car home. Everything was ready for me to sign when I came back in the next day and I was out the door in my new car! Jeremy was very nice and helpful. I just purchased my car from Finnicum, and the process was so smooth! This was my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership, so I was very anxious and stressed, but Kyle made sure I was well taken care of. He made sure to take his time and explain everything to me. Once I decided on a vehicle and was getting ready to purchase it, they noticed a nail in the back tire from where I was test driving it. Kyle put us in another vehicle to go get lunch and once we got back my new car was fixed and ready to go! I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle purchase!!
