Finneus is great to work with! He was my landlord for about 4 years (2019-2023). He was very responsive when we needed him and sent contractors out very quickly for repairs. He sometimes went above and beyond - like when we asked if we could install a screen door ourselves and he just had it done for us. Or when I bought peel & stick wallpaper and he liked it, so he had his handyman install it for me. I definitely recommend working with him!
