We absolutely loved working with Jane and Lauren to find our home in Skaneateles! They were so accommodating in helping us purchase a home before we were in the area full time. I am a real estate investor and have experience with a handful of agents, for the last 6 years! I can't say enough about Lauren and Finger lakes realty! I have never been pressured for any sale. She is super honest and straight forward about her opinions of the property, even though most of the times it led to no deal. She is fully prepared for every listing, and does her due diligence on the background of the property, owners and the sales. She even cold calls her contacts to find properties which are not even listed or on the market. Once the deal is made you can be rest assured that everything will be smooth to from there on to closing. She will even call anyone she needs to to make sure your deadlines are met, without any hangups. Anyone can show and list a house, but it takes a certain few to be the masters of the game. Finger Lakes realty in my opinion the premier agency in skeantalas/ finger lakes area. After all they are partnered with Sotheby's (One of the most prestigious real estate agency in the country).

I am sure you are aware if you are reading this review that the housing market is as volatile as it’s been in decades and the lack of inventory has created additional challenges. Our experience with Jackie at Finger Lakes Realty was top notch and she did a splendid job in finding us our house near the Lake. Her professionalism and tireless efforts to screen out a number of places to find the one that really matched our wish list was so refreshing. And she guided us through the more complicated legal process for purchasing NY property (we being CA savvy).
