i was denied a $1500 loan. $1500 dollars. I've been with fidelity bank for over 20 - 25 years. all my deposits go directly into my bank account and i couldn't get a $1500 loan. Truly sad. I'm paying mortgage on a 375,000 dollar home with 156000 in equity and i couldn't get a $1500 loan from a bank my father was in first for over 40 years. sad

Gave my children's college fund to the postman, John Steele of the Marion Ar.72364 post office.As their mom lay dieing. John wrote checks for 9,000.00 600.00 400.00 in 2 days. I have the checks and a copy of the fake power of attorney he used ,per Jan Thomas trusting him. All witnesses that signed the power of attorney including Jan Thomas lied by signing the power of attorney. I was told John Steele bought a New Motorcycle with the money. He also payed his property taxes with checks from The bank account. William Jones

Poor. I've been banking with fidelity for years. I still can't get a loan. I have the hardest time. I'm moving to another bank soon. You should check your options.

For the main branch to be open on a Saturday, I think that the doors should be open and customer service should be able to help customers as well. No one answers the phones and you have to go through the drive thru.

This bank has many many options for savings, checking and Im sure there are others I dont know about!
