For some reason they wouldn’t cash a western union money order. The lady didn’t even try to help! This is so unfortunate. I had to travel to another currency exchange and they went above and beyond to help.

This is my neighborhood Currency Exchange, by far the rudest, unprofessional staff, I’ve ever me. I come in there every month to cash my child support check and each time, “she”to the left window. Has to verify the check and while doing so she takes every other customer in line while I wait.. And as I’m talking to other customers she rudely asking me who am I talking too Who does this completely unprofessional. This is just one time that I’m taking the time to write a review. Out of the numerous times these people have been rude, racial profiling, unprofessional to me. My service is denied because they want to be rude. I should be able to come to my neighborhood Currency Exchange and be serviced. I shouldn’t have to go out of my neighborhood to be serviced it disheartening and very disrespectful. Something needs to be done about the staff the service is completely unsatisfactory.

Would never come here again or recommend. First of the young lady with the flower tattoo on her arm treated me like I was trying to fraud. I was cashing a payroll check from the State of Illinois Comptroller. I provided a valid driver's license. She questioned where I lives like that should matter. Definitely seemed racially biased. Terrible service!

I have been going to this location for years, and each time I was treated professionally and fairly. If there was an error or detail I missed, they helped assist me in correcting it. The workers are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Many of my family members also have come here and have had positive experiences. If you are in a hurry or having an emotionally bad day then taking it out on them isn't going to help you in any way. That being said, They handle the demands of a busy community like Orland Park very well. Try their services yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised. I know I am!

I came this currency exchange to transfer a plate. On the phone the staff was very helpful and professional. Once I arrived I was assisted by Carolina and Marlene. They made the transaction swift and simple. Highly recommend this location for your needs.

I’ve been to this location many times, each time has a negative experience. They are always eating chips and drinking while giving service, which is extremely unhygienic and horrendous getting chips stains on the receipt and money. Once they sneezed into their hand then gave me my receipt. Then there’s the attitude that has to come with every transaction, acting like it’s a burden that I even came into the store. Every single one of the employees is worse than the other. Just avoid it at all costs.
