I have been a State Farm customer for over 50 years. Mike Fiore was my first agent and has retired. I was concerned because Mike was so personable and efficient. My concern was not necessary because Lucas has picked up where Mike left off. Lucas is never too busy to address my concerns. He is always personable and gives me the answers I need. I never feel he is too busy to help me. He does his research and provides me with the information I need. Lucas is a genuine asset to State Farm. Just recently I called Lucas because I was concerned about an increase in my insurance bill. Lucas took the time, researched it, and gave me acceptable reasons for the increase. Thank you, Lucas.
