Our company placed a stock order Thursday, August 8 2024 and selected shipping through Fed EX. We were supposed to receive our order Tuesday, August 13 2024, however it was delayed a day due to weather which was understandable, but on Wednesday August 14 2024 which is when our order's expected delivery date was as of Tuesday night, FED EX decided I need an appointment for them to deliver my order. When I called to tell them no such delivery request was made and appointments were not necessary because we are a business and are open 6 days a week, they told me they did that because they couldn't fit my order on their truck. After voicing our displeasure and requesting the order be delivered we were told if we wanted it on time we would have to drive to their warehouse and pick up our own order. As a result we have contacted our supplier and informed them that following this delivery, they are no longer permitted to ship our orders with Fed EX anymore, RL Carriers will now be our supplier's shipping option to us.

Nice people in the dispatch office. Stayed overnight while they unloaded this morning. It was empty before the time quoted me. Lot was pretty well cleaned of snow.

We have never had a problem until the past 2 months.
Trucks have delivered but have destroyed our driveway. One truck (Amazon) hit a side rock, it tore the tire and we had a truck stuck on our driveway for 3 hours.
Another truck hit rocks that are protecting our well pump.
We put a sign, no trucks past this point.
Only FEDEX deliveries now leave our packages (when they’re the right recipient) at the BASE of our driveway where anyone can help themselves. These are not heavy packages and as elderly people, we cannot go up and down the driveway with a package. We had to ask for help from a neighbor.
I have called and complained and it seems nothing is being done.
So I will resort to this post.
the sign says no delivery trucks beyond the sign but it does not say no deliveries. I know you have weight standards for delivery people and they should be perfectly capable of doing this correctly.

UPDATE: July 1 delivery left at base of driveway AGAIN! Complaint made to headquarters.

My appointment 7:30pm and i am come 5:00pm and check out 12:30am overall 8 hours

As a third party vendor for this company, this was the worst facility I have been to. The yard jockey was nice, but the shop manager and the night supervisor weren't accommodating at all. The truck we were driving was low on antifreeze and fuel yet as an FedEx vendor we were advised that we are only provided a safe haven to park and nothing more. The gas station nearby had no antifreeze either. Hope to never have to utilize this facility again.

Constant problems delivering freight. Orders dont show up on time. Customer service gives you the run around. One of the drivers hit a parked car in our parking lot. Too many problems keep adding up. Getting close to losing a good customer. They don't seem to care too much

Been waiting for a shipment since mid November, when tracking kept telling me that shipment arriving 5 December 2018, well that came and went, to find out my package has been sitting at FEDX Pocono Summit PA since 29 November 2018. When I finally got someone they kept telling me it needed to be delivered by tractor tailor and they aren't allowed up our street, I told the person it's only a light fixture and why it can't be delivered to me by straight truck, the person finally admitted that they had some but couldn't deliver my item until next week, that's right about one month waiting for a FEDX shipment, was always happy with FEDX and they were always my go to shipper, but after this I need to reconsider.
