I can not say enough good things about Fat Ox and, in particular, Carry, Mizani, and Tracy. We had a catastrophic water event on Christmas Eve 2022. Insurance Company barely gave us enough to cover water and mold remediation. I fought with them for months, absolutely devastated that my home would be in ruins until we could pay for it. I found Fat Ox, and they were amazing. They took care of everything, and although it was a lengthy process just because of the nature of the issues, they moved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our home is beautiful again, and I KNOW it would have never happened if Fat Ox hadn’t gotten involved. Highly recommend.
