I recently signed up as a new member and must say their customer service is stellar! I had a few small issues while using the FAST app and submitted a survey about it. I was contacted directly by the branch shortly after and they showed their care and concern and helped me fix the issues I had encountered. Every staff member I have been in contact with (in person or over the phone) in my brief time with FAST has been courteous, respectful, kind, and helpful. I truly feel valued as a FAST member and know I am in good hands with their credit union. They treat you like a human instead of a transaction or dollar sign. I highly recommend becoming a member if you're not already!

I love it here so much! Not only has it been a breeze with my account, but when my car broke down and I didn't know what to do. I applied for a auto loan, (which I never thought I would get) and was approved! Johnny was so helpful and nice to me it was super easy! I now have a wonderful car and I am super happy! Fast has great people working there and I will forever be a customer!

FAST Credit Union is the friendliest and most customer service oriented place I've ever been. The tellers always great me when I come in. I had to get a personal loan last year and it only took one day to get approved! My family will always bank with FAST!!

My entire family has been with FastCU for years so I felt they were the perfect choice to bank with. They helped me start & build my credit which I was having trouble with before talking to them! Their employees are always very kind & happy to help 🙂 Love everything about banking with FAST!!

Unfortunately, after being a longtime customer, I will have no choice but to switch banks next week. For the last few months, I have been constantly getting hit with fraudulent charges. Last month I was hit with a fraudulent charge of $353 from Legoland. Although I was given the provisional credit, Today, I noticed that provisional credit was being taken out of my account. I spoke with the fast fraud department and they said they close the case deeming that this was not a fraudulent charge. I can guarantee you that this was a fraudulent charge. They have the worst fraud department and unfortunately because of that, they will be losing a long time customer.

I have been playing phone tag with one of the loan people for about two weeks. When I call someone either says that the loan team is gone or I just go to their voicemail. How is the loan team gone for the day on a Monday at 3pm? When I leave voicemails I always give them the best time to reach me and they still don’t call me back during the days/times that I’m easily available. This is why I’m switching to Golden1. Also every time I’m in there they have no tellers and huge line.

There was a fraudulent transaction on my partners card , they said they couldn’t do anything about it , when I called they said they could file a dispute and give him a card with the amount of the transaction taken , they said if the investigation doesn’t follow through he will just need to pay back the money they lent him ( note: the money taken out of his checking account , money he worked for) and it was a fraudulent transaction of $1400 and the bank can’t do anything about it and proceeds to ask him if HE MADE THE TRANSACTION HIMSELF , first off , why would someone go into the branch in the first place if they made the transaction ? I never wrote a review on anything but this is horrible.

FAST Credit Union has been part of my family for many years starting with my Parents, then my siblings, to me, and now my own children. Their Employees and Tellers are always friendly and professional. As an example,Taylor S. always goes above and beyond with her excellent Customer Service. My satisfactory interactions with her make her a true asset and an excellent representative of FAST Credit Union. They will continue to keep mine and my family's business.
