Wallace is awesome! I've inherited my car insurance from my parents about a decade ago and had no idea what my coverage had or what I was paying for. I've been with other Farmers Insurance agents in the past but they had never took the time to explain to me what my policy contained. I recently had my policy transferred to Wallace and met face to face (my first time actually meeting with a agent face to face fyi), and he was very thorough, well-mannered, and explained to me what was covered, and what wasn't. He made some recommendations for my policy that can literally save my life in the near future if anything were have happened to me. I was never informed about it, and I could have afforded it in the past. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and made me feel secure and safe if anything ever happens to me.
