Always happy to explain the small details of my policy. Went over a ton of "what if?" scenarios as well. If you don't have Trevor Thacker with Farmers Insurance as your agent you are missing out on great service!!! One text, one answer and now I know how to work on the roof issue. Every time I have a question he's there immediately (or quickly returns call) for me to know what to do. We not only saved money by switching to Farmers, but we increased our coverage on the home and cars! Fantastic service!!!

One morning I entered into my kitchen to find a pool of water. Our ice-maker had flooded our kitchen and basement. Instantly, we started cleaning and I called the Farmers Insurance general number since it was over a weekend. They weren't helpful on what would be covered and what wouldn't be. We worked extremely hard ourselves that day expecting to pay for everything on our own. Once Monday came, we got a call from our insurance agent that more or less sounded as if we had done something wrong creating a claim. Once the Special Field Claims Rep, Michael Witzig, stepped in we were put out of our misery. He was thorough looking through all the damage and was sincere. On top of the stress of a disaster, I was due with my 4th child at any moment and my husband was leaving to go over-seas with the military. Michael answered all of our questions clearly, checked in with us multiple times to see how we were doing, and made us feel at ease with the situation. I would recommend Farmers Insurance.

One of the best insurance agents I have found ALWAYS looking out for me and does NOT try to run up the amount of my policy Seems to care for me and my wife rather than the money side of it and ALWAYS makes sure I have the proper coverage that I need so I can be safe financially and comfortable in knowing I AM COVERED WITH THE INSURANCE I NEED .
