Unfortunately, the other reviewer is right....the office doesn't call back. Todd does not answer questions or return calls either unfortunately--it's been like this for a couple years, but in the last 6mo or so, it's become more.

Let me start by saying my experience with Farmers Insurance was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, they canceled my policy without even bothering to inform me. Imagine my shock when I discovered this by chance, leaving me completely exposed and vulnerable.

But the incompetence didn’t end there. When I reached out to inquire about the sudden cancellation, the agents I spoke with were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and condescending, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

And as if that wasn’t bad enough, they had the audacity to promise callbacks regarding new policy information, which never materialized. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, I was met with nothing but silence and indifference.

In summary, my experience with Farmers Insurance was marred by a complete lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and downright disrespect. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company at all costs.
