Tom does a great job of making sure you understand all of the implications of the coverage you want. Especially for our home, which is the biggest asset most people have. We had a claim with Farmers for hail damage and the experience was top notch. They replaced our roof and siding without any hassle. I have heard of stories of people making claims with companies and they will only replace a portion of the roof or just the part of the siding. Tom made sure everything was to our liking and I will be doing business with Tom and Farmers for a long time to come.
I would highly recommend Tom Sorfleet because he will make sure you are covered correctly.
