As far as fair rates go, no complaint. Unfortunately that’s the end of the positive. Scott will not return any emails, calls, or texts from me or my mortgage company. What’s the point in having an agent that’s pretty much non existent? Thankfully I haven’t had any incidents come up because I’m sure I would have gotten no help from him.

I cancelled my home & auto policies early (even before renewal) after using Scott as an agent for 2 years. It was not a good experience. He really couldn't get much right for us. Billing issues, then billing issues after he corrected them. He used someone else's credit card to put in the system and I received a cancellation notice. I pay annually and he couldn't even handle this. This month I received a 69.5% increase in the homeowners insurance and tried to get some assistance from him, but he would not even call to discuss with either myself or my wife. I guess he just can't handle the pressure of the terrible rate increases that Farmers is dishing out right now and not sure he is even still in business. He is not the agent you want if you need help and apparently has NO back up! I moved on to another highly reputable insurance company and saved $1,600 yr. between auto and homeowners insurance. If I could give him less than one star I would...very unhappy with his performance!

Scott is an amazing agent. Not only did he find discounts that others missed, but he also took the time to explain the details of my policies. He was able to get me better coverage for a lower monthly payment, which I greatly appreciated. Be sure to stop in and say hello to Punkin, the office mascot.

Scott is rude, condescending and terribly dismissive giving less than the bare minimum in service. I highly suggest another agent because it would have taken him 5 min to offer decent service, he couldn’t be bothered. Too bad it reflects negatively on Farmers because not all agents are like him.

Luckily, I don't have much experience with the insurance part itself; however, I have called in a few time to ask various questions and our agent has always been available and very helpful. To me, this type of service is important. So I guess you can say, my experience with Farmers has been Excellent!

Somehow this guy got my name and email from a search I made in 2022. Let me repeat. 2022. He insists on sending me emails after numerous requests to remove my email from his contact list with no avail. If you give this guy any contact information about yourself, be prepared for an onslaught of unnecessary emails for years and years to come. Good luck.
