Take forever to get you quotes. They want to shop you out to cut rate insurance providers so they can make money off of you. Farmers is a bit too particular to get coverage with. Highly encourage to go with anyone but farmers. Rates are great at Allstate State Farm usaa and nationwide. Better rates and coverages.

Every month for the passed 5 months, I been get late notices in the mail saying im late. When I call and ask why did I get a late notice, Spuclock always says that he don't know and tell me to throw it away. Now that they have moved, I got another notice saying I haven't paid my rent at all! They have moved to Hartselle and didnt tell anyone that they have moved and they want their clients to mail in the payment which cause more money because of postage. I would advise anyone who is dealing with these people to keep your reciepts ! Also their phone is disconnected!

These buildings are over run with bugs they constantly dump in these complexes over here and do not care whether your family is safe or not .... we are trapped here basically ... SLUM LORDS ... oh and our apartment has 2 rooms with working power the rest is out and there is nobody you can call this time of night THANKS MR SPURLOCK!
