I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I recently got sick with covid and I asked one of the agents that I was going to do a late payment due to my situation, and I was not getting paid for my sick days , since a was still new at my job place.
Without any warnings they canceled my policy.
They don't care about their customers, they only care about making money out of you.

This is a great insurance agent. I know nobody likes to pay for insurance but we all need it and I feel like this place will make sure you're covered in case of an accident.
