Our experience with Raul Diaz as a Farmers Insurance agent was unfortunately disappointing, leading us to switch agents after a few years. Throughout our interactions, Raul's demeanor was often condescending, particularly in his dealings with my wife. When she would ask questions or seek clarification, Raul would frequently withhold answers or provide vague responses. However, when I asked the same questions, he would address them directly. This discrepancy in treatment between female and male clients felt dismissive and even sexist, which was disheartening and unprofessional.

We did not choose Raul as our agent originally, and we ultimately could not continue with someone who did not treat both of us with equal respect. I hope he reflects on these interactions and considers the impact of his approach. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Raul as an agent to others based on our experience.

Excellent service, quick response and very patient.
Special mention to JUNE who helped me and guided me when I needed an advice with my car insurance necessities, but I don't want to leave behind Manuel, Patricia and Sofi who were very helpful too when I needed help.
And for Farmers Insurance as a company, please remove that policy that states that us ( your customers ) have to pay three months in advance to be able to renew our car insurance policy, that really hurts our household fragile economy ?
