I called their office to cancel my insurance due to increased rates. At the time I canceled they asked for the last payment due. Today I get a collections notice that that amount was never paid even though I told them to debit the amount. The worst insurance I’ve ever had.

90% of folks working in the service industry dont realize that the most important aspect of good service is "good communications". you can manage the toughest of situations and keep customers happy if you do a good job on communications. And that is exactly what keeps me happy with Peter's customer service. He obviously gets the job done but he is SUPER on communications. He is very quick to react to my requests and sends regular notes with updates till the issue/request has been resolved. Insurance deals can be purchased from anywhere but finding this level of customer support will be rare. Thank you Peter for all your support. Truly appreciate it!!
