I have a phenomenal insurance agent. Natalie Arola has been caring for me and my possessions since I hesitantly entered the insurance world after a divorce where my husband made those decisions.
Over the years, Natalie has been responsive to any calls and always takes the time to understand my concerns. Whether it is about filing a claim or adjusting coverage to account for inflation, Natalie explains all my options and makes me feel comfortable with whatever decision I make.
A couple of years ago I was in a panic because my homeowners, an umbrella policy, my car and earthquake insurance all came due within a month of each other. I called Natalie to see my options because I did not have enough money set aside to address all of these charges at once. After calming me down, Natalie suggested bundling all these policies and creating a monthly deduction from my checking account so that I would not be overwhelmed.
Recently, I got a notice from my bank saying I had no homeowner’s insurance and that they were going to charge me for a new policy. Not knowing if this was a scam or legitimate, I sent the specifics to Natalie. She got back to me the next day, contacted my bank for me and took care of all the hoops to ensure that they had the necessary documentation. That kind of service allows me to feel protected, and why I’ll not consider another agent to handle my insurance.

We have been with Farmers for many years. A couple years ago our agent retired and we were assigned another one. After a short period we felt it's not going well. We changed agents again, this time to Natalie. She helped us fix what the previous agent broke (car insurance coverage for our daughter). She went over our policies and made very good suggestions about how to improve the coverage without changing much the premium by making better choices about the various tradeoffs that are available. We are very happy with her communication, quick followup on any changes we ask, and great representation of our needs. We feel in good hands.
