This agency is the most helpful! three ago, I fund myself homeless and they took me in, gave me a great rate on the cost of my liability insurance, now things are better and they still give me a great price on my insurance, very helpful, kind and knowledge stuff and to make thing even better they speak different languages, I do all my bossiness with them over the phone and it is the best service, call them! give them a try you will not regret it.

Mike is my go to insurance guy. As a mortgage broker, I work with lot's of different insurance agents, and it's clear when you're talking to a good one. Mike is knowledgeable and helpful, he usually answers his phone or calls right back, and he gets the job done.

I had some concerns about a letter I had received regarding my policy with Farmers. I contacted my local agent regarding this. I'd actually contacted a different insurance company because I was ready to switch providers. When I contacted my local agent, Wendy answered my call. I explained the reason for my call and she was very attentive and listened to my concerns and she looked into it and explained very patiently what had happened. She went ahead and found a solution for me. She was incredibly helpful and very patient with all my questions (I had a few) and very understanding. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a good experience with insurance companies. The last agent I had was awful and rude but this agency (especially Wendy Alvarez) went above and beyond to take care of my needs and helped me resolve the issue. Needless to say, I'm staying with Farmers Insurance and this would not have happened without Wendy's help.

Leticia is a very unorganized person after telling her to not renew my policy she had agreed to stop payment on my renewal she must of forgot to do it because it went thru and now I get told that I can't get my money back because there is cancellation fees and it adds up to the payment
