Very poor experience. I did my homework before an in person visit, so I knew the price range for the type of insurance I was looking for, with Farmers specifically.

The agent tried to ‘recommend’ a higher rate numerous times to my objection. She also had difficulty filling out a simple form, got up 3x in 15 minutes to consult with her boss about my coverage (as a new client), and continually talked about herself. After two previous poor experiences with two other Farmers agencies in the area I would caution against this company.

I consulted with another company and got the exact rate I was shopping for without hassle and needless upselling tactics for half of what Farmers was trying to sell me. No thank you.

I recently switched to Kylie after having a bad experience with another Farmers agent elsewhere. It has been a night and day experience and she has been so wonderful to work with.
