Kristi Primrose is the best. She helped us quickly get insurance on a rental after being cancelled from our previous insurer. Kristi was able to get us a new policy right before our old policy expired. She is very quick to respond to both emails and phone calls and always got back to us within a few hours even after business hours. We’ve work with our previous agent for over 30 years and never got this type of service. We are so appreciative of Kristi as she made a very stressful process seamless.
