Kashif agency seems great on the outside. Super friendly and seems helpful to get your business. However when things change so did his professionalism. I have waited over 90 days to receive a returned premium due to selling the property. The first time I called he stated it was sent to an old address, I do not believe this statement as the address was forward to the correct address and I receive emails from USPS showing my daily deliveries.

The second time I called it was Kash stated it was "resent" to the new address over 60 days later after the policy was cancelled with no check in hand.

The third time I called as I was on the phone with him, He seems upset and very short and defensive towards me. Kash said there were no notes on the account and called his employees stupid, (this is extremally inappropriate in a profession business setting). He than called the other party to see where payment was, Kash followed up with me shortly after this phone call to inform me " you are not going to believe this but they just processed your check this morning" Kash is correct, I do not believe him. Now I have to wait another two weeks to get the money that is owed to me. I would not have a policy with this agency. According to CA state law they have 60 days to return premium. I think this was an over sight and was never submitted to be processed, even though he did have record the policy was cancelled 12/12/23. Kash is unprofessional, does not take responsibility for his lack of responsibility as the primary broker.

Kashif and Cathy have delivered time and time again for me personally and my company with our insurance needs.
In addition to that, Cathy makes anything to do with the DMV easy. Highly recommended!

When we moved to California Kash set up all of our new insurance policies - home, auto, and life. I'd highly recommend Kash for anyone else looking for an insurance agent. I can't stress enough how much my husband and I both adore Kash. He's made the entire overwhelming process so simple for us, always took the time to explain everything, and is always prompt in getting back to us when we have any questions. We've also bought a few new cars (and sold the old ones) since we've gotten here and Kash is always quick to remove the old cars from our insurance policy and add the new ones. Also, you can register your car here and skip the DMV lines! Seriously, go see Kash. You won't regret it.
